The SCAD Graphic Design Department and SCAD Serve partnered together with Housing Savannah, a non-profit organization that advocates for affordable housing solutions, to establish a more engaging and revitalized communication strategy through design. I created and led the Canopy logo and design approach. This direction acknowledges the core of the issue at stake; people. The logo and branding embody human-centered design, which means to emphasize human-associated values. Showing and conveying what both. supportive and embracing environment would look like, through the essence of the Canopy branding, was integral in determining the new identity for Housing Savannah.
